I placed an order with Rose Wet on September 25, 2025, and received my package on September 29, 2025. Unfortunately, one of the items I paid for was missing. My order included:
1. Bubbler Vibratory Max
2. Kitty Kat
3. G-Spot Vibrating Dildo
I received items #1 and #2, but the G-Spot Vibrating Dildo was missing. I immediately emailed the company at [****] about the issue and followed up six more times, but I have never received a response.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed — I paid for an item I never received and got no communication or resolution from the company. I will never buy from Rose Wet again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I really like the tongue feature, it’s unique and fun! The texture feels great, but I wish the movement had just a bit more intensity. Still, it gets the job done and is a nice change from the usual vibrators. Good for when you want something different.
